AEP is the busiest time for brokers. With the surge in workload and pressure to meet customer needs, it's crucial to prioritize your mental and physical well-being. Here are some tips to help you balance work and life and stay healthy during this demanding period.

  • Stay organized.
    Keep your workspace tidy and organize your documents for easy access. A clutter-free environment can reduce stress and improve efficiency. Read this article for tips on how to stay organized.
  • Take regular breaks and practice mindfulness.

  • Prioritize nutrition.
